Tea Time

join Ruth and others for tea, HERE.

I am having...

Peppermint Tea. It is late at night
I am feeling...

Tired, but glad. I am going to bed with a clean house and all the laundry folded. At first, I thought I would leave it 'til the morning...but I stuck it out, and I am so glad I did.

On my mind...

All the impossibilities in my life...things only God can do.   It is hard to wait on the Lord.

A quote to share...

Naomi (age 7) to Noah (age 6) yesterday: "She is a pessimist, but you are an octopus."

  1. Your tea set is so pretty. I love getting things done at night even though I almost never have the energy to do that. And, I would rather be an octopus than a pessimist any day.

  2. Hahaha! Loved that quote. Hip-chick is right. An octopus is better than a pessimist.

It's good to hear from you Laura. Yeah, I haven't visited for a while. Hope to do some rounds this weekend. I'm busy trying to revive my homeschool blog which is becoming more like a family blog actually. visit us there when you have time.

You're right. Waiting on God is hard but it's the best option we have , right. I wont trade it for anything easier ;-)

I hope you feel more rested today.

    Hugs and blessings!

  4. Mrs. Santos,

I like the quote from your 7 year old daughter, Naomi.

At any rate, your Tea Time for this Thursday sounds like you have had a rough day yet, through God's strength, you were able to endure it with calmness and grace, and this is not always an easy task.

    Take care my dear friend.

    Blessings,

    -Lady Rose
